Abstract
This article discusses management issues in the higher education system, and therefore the process of self-organization of students from the point of view of the structure, content and functional components of self-organization is correct in increasing management efficiency. Self-organization and independent education. Universal competencies included in the State educational standards of higher education, group time management based on the principles of lifelong learning, independent ability to build and implement a trajectory of self-development.
