Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological aspects of emotional stress to preschool children from a theoretical and practical point of
view.
The emergence of emotional stress, stress and its symptoms are given. Processes of emotional development in children are analyzed.
Behavioral disorders and their causes are based. The importance of art pedagogy and art technologies in the education of preschool children was discussed. The scientific and methodological aspects of art pedagogy are covered. Opinions on the advantages of art therapy in relieving mental stress in children are presented. Types of art therapy and recommendations on their implementation are given.
