The article deals with the problems ofstudying the spiritual and moral potential of modern women and their social and economic rights. The article analyzes the historical - and methodological foundations of studying the spiritual and moral potential of women. Themain directions of implementation and technologies for strengthening the spiritual and moral potential of modern women in society and the familyare studied. Attentionis paid to the role of education in improving the spiritual and moral potential of women. The article analyzes the legal basis forimproving the spiritual and moral potential of women through their active participation in the power and political structures of modern Uzbekistan.
