This article analyzes the journalistic works of T. Kaipbergenov, a folk writer from Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan. The specific features and uniqueness of the writer's publicist works on cultural issues as a fundamental manifestation of the people's spirit and consciousness are studied and revealed. It is argued that culture and the image of the people are crucial aspects in the writer's publicism.
