This article includes important strategies and the importance of teachers in preparing students for the development of national and intercultural competencies. The article shows strategies for developing national and intercultural competences aimed at increasing students' spirituality, self-confidence, self-mastery and ability to cooperate with others. The article also presents the specific features of preparing teachers for the development of national and universal competences.
