Abstract

Given the evolving landscape, it is imperative for work cultures, organizational ethos, and human resources to adjust to the swiftly changing environment. This transformation in global dynamics compels corporate leaders, CEOs, and managers across different levels to reconsider their approaches to governing and managing the workforce. This necessity is particularly pronounced for organizations catering to customers who may not be technologically savvy or literate. The present study explores the organizational values of public, private, and foreign sector organizations in light of these considerations.
