Abstract

This research study explores the critical analysis of staff retention tactics used by Tamil Nadu, India's manufacturing sectors. Given the manufacturing sector's substantial economic contribution to the state, it is critical to comprehend and put into practise effective employee retention methods in order to maintain a qualified workforce and promote long-term organisational success. The purpose of this study is to examine the different retention tactics used by Tamil Nadu's manufacturing enterprises, as well as the effects they have on worker engagement and overall organisational success.

The study's methodology entails a thorough analysis of the body of research on employee retention tactics in the manufacturing industry, as well as the primary collection of data from surveys, involving management, HR, and employee participants. The impact of employee perks, leadership philosophies, and company culture on employee retention in Tamil Nadu's manufacturing industry is also examined in this study.

This study aims to offer important insights into the best retention techniques that may be adapted to the unique requirements and difficulties faced by Tamil Nadu's manufacturing industry through a methodical analysis of the data.
