Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in transforming the way businesses communicate internally and externally. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has revolutionized business communication in recent years, transforming the way organizations operate and interact with their stakeholders. In the context of business communication, ICT plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless and instant communication across various channels. Traditional methods such as phone calls, letters, and face-to-face meetings have been supplemented or replaced by digital communication platforms, including email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and social media. Woherem (2000) states that with Internet connectivity, one can do business all over the world without physicalcontact with the buyer or the need for a business intermediary.
