Abstract

In this article, the approach to human capabilities in family business aimed at reducing poverty and the importance of family business in economic growth and poverty reduction, as well as issues related to the development of entrepreneurship, are now of great importance in the development of the countries of the world, and no country has developed without the great contribution of the family business sector. Evidence of the effectiveness of family entrepreneurship as a means of economic growth and development and poverty reduction is provided.
